Abstracts from the third International Butterfly Ecology and Evolution meeting

Butterflies: Ecology and Evolution Taking Flight had its genesis in the third International Butterfly Ecology and Evolution meetings, held at Mt. Crested Butte, Colorado, USA. The book chapters are updated versions of presentations at that meeting, selected to give the reader a flavor of the current status of butterflies as model systems. The breadth and depth of current research on butterflies is further reflected in the abstracts for the meeting.
