Mythili Rajiva is an associate professor at the Institute of Feminist and Gender Studies at the University of Ottawa, which is located on unceded Algonquin Territory. She is a co-editor, with Bruce Curtis and Jennifer Henderson, of the second edition of Alison Prentice’s The School Promoters: Egerton Ryerson and His Circle. She is also a co-editor, with Stephanie Patrick, of The Forgotten Victims of Sexual Violence in Film, Television and New Media: Turning to the Margins. Her work has also appeared in the Canadian Review of Sociology, the International Journal of Qualitative Studies in Education, Feminist Media Studies, Television and New Media, Feminist Theory, Women’s Studies International Forum, and Girlhood Studies.
